  • Orders are placed online at The Canvas Guru.
  • Production time is approximately 5 days.
  • Payment methods accepted: PayPal, Online Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery.
  • Payment terms: 100% upfront or 50% down payment with the remainder on completion.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices for products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
  • Additional delivery fee: $30.00.
  • Payment is required as per the terms specified during order placement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days via UPS Local Courier.
  • International shipping is not currently available.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Initiate returns via email.
  • Items must be in their original packaging for returns to be accepted.

  • The website includes a process to verify the quality of the file before approval and processing.
  • All approvals are documented within the eCommerce store.
