When do purchase points become available?

Can points expire?
Expiry follows the current program and loyalty-level policy. Your wallet shows expiring and expired points when they apply.
Are all customer profiles eligible?
Some wholesale and managed-company profiles do not earn new loyalty points. Existing balances, activity, and eligible conversion access remain available.
