Wholesale levels

Your level is based on qualifying purchases. The savings shown are the expected baseline benefit; exact prices can vary by product, quantity, and order value.

Important program details

What counts toward your wholesale level
  • Qualification is based on qualifying spend from the last 180 days.
  • Orders with these statuses count toward qualification: Processing, Completed.
  • Qualifying spend excludes tax and excludes shipping.
  • Coupon-reduced order totals are used for qualifying spend.
  • Refunded amounts are subtracted from qualifying purchase totals.
  • Retail sale prices and coupons do not stack on items receiving wholesale pricing.
  • Tier status may move down when qualifying activity falls below the configured maintenance level after any applicable grace period.
  • Minimum order, quantity, product, category, or variation rules may produce different prices from the baseline benefit shown above.
